Dreams Don’t Work Unless You Do

Whoah! Last week and this week flew by so fast. How was yours? How is it March already? How’s your 2016 so far? Your first two months?

Top: Zara | Bottom: Forever21 | Clutch: Zalora

I’m sure you all have those NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS. Are you still on track or maybe something is stopping you achieving those goals or worst you stopped at all because you think it is impossible to achieve. Hey! There’s no magical genie and also it will not come true if you are just sitting there. Prayers will not also work if you’re not doing anything. The problem with most of the people is they settle for less. What they only know is earn a living, pay bills and die. They forgot their dream, they stop growing, working for themselves, and they stop stretching. Why is that? Because of FEAR. What if it will not work out? What if I can’t handle it? So many IF’s.

The good news is there is nothing that you cannot achieve! Do you believe that?

Notice it, if you want something badly you are going to do anything to get it. If there’s an emergency and for example we don’t have money for the bill hospital, in less than 24 hours we can make a way for that. I told you, we can do something about anything that is important to us. How important is your dream? How badly you want to achieve that? I don’t know what kind of dreams/goals that you have and how you’ve been working hard to get that dream but remember, the only limits in your life are the ones you create with your mind.

Yes, it’s hard, you are going to encounter pain, failure and disappointments. Moments that you will doubt, etc. All I can say is DO NOT GIVE UP! Rough times are going to come but it will not stay. Be brave! You will not see the light at the end of the tunnel until you walk through the darkness. You are not going to enjoy every minute of the journey, but the success that you’ll find in the end will make it all worth it.

We live in a generation where it’s okay to be average, where people don’t hold themselves up to full standards, they think it is okay to work for the rest of their life! Walk away and never settle down. Do not join the 97%, join the 3%. We all can dream about our goals all we want, but we will not get them if we don’t do anything to achieve them! Start today with one small step!

This year, one of my goals is to travel around the world. I grew up in Japan, been to some areas in Asia so let’s remove those on the list. First 5 stops? LONDON, PARIS, NEW YORK, Santorini GREECE and Stonehenge, Amesbury, Wiltshire, England for now. I know there are so many beautiful countries and that I will add more to my list.

If you will be given a chance to travel around the world, where would you like to go? Comment below your top 5!

Got value from this post? Then we would love for you to comment below and share this on your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Research has shown that as you share AyeshaHeart blog posts and comment below, the universe will bring amazing things to your life.

I love this post! It is very self-empowering. And I agree, we can do all things if we are brave enough to do it. Determination and hard work can put you somewhere, even to a place you couldn’t imagine you can go. I’ve never been to any other countries aside from Philippines, of course. But that isn’t my priority for now. But if given a chance, I would want to visit US so I can visit my relatives there. And then countries in Asia. 🙂

That’s such a beautiful reminder! Thanks for the motivation and you are definitely on point on this, there is nothing that we cannot achieve. The only thing that can hinder us from reaching our dreams would be ourselves.

It’s true. When we really want something, we have a way of making things happen. When we will it, then it happens.
