How to Handle That Time of the Month Without the Hassle
Current situation: Sipping hot Tea for hours, watching Netflix while having my favorite Chocolate and cuddling up in bed with a hot water bottle on my tummy.
Stomach bloats, breakouts, boobs swell, mood swings, insomnia, food cravings, migraine, cramps – Raise your hands if you experience these each month. For some it’s less extreme and for some it’s more, it brings so much pain and all we want to do is lock in our room, sleep all day or eat foods that you crave. Don’t get me wrong here, it’s not like being sick, it’s about our body needing a break. But just because we are woman does not mean we have to live with these symptoms. Today I am going to share with you some tips on how to handle that time of the month without the hassle.
The Care that I deserve
One way to give myself the care that I deserve is through personal care, meet pH Care feminine wash. It is clinically formulated with a pH level of 5 to match the pH of the external genitalia. It is gentle enough even for sensitive skin, but proven effective to keep your intimate area fresh, clean and odor-free everyday. When pH Care family sent over a love package , I immediately try their new variant: pH Care Naturals Guava Leaf Extract intimate wash. Experience nature’s gentle protection with pH Care natural’s feminine wash with Guava Leaf Extract, known over generations to effectively cleanse and provide natural anti-bacterial protection for the intimate area, it has mild and gentle formulation making it safe for everyday use.
A Healthy Lifestyle
This is the quickest way to make that time of the month without the hassle. I make sure to drink lots of water and getting enough hours of sleep. Wearing the right outfit feels very comfy especially if I suffer from painful breast. I also eat healthy meals including vegetables and fruits, lately I’ve been eating AVOCADO and I notice it does magic to my skin *winks. I am a Coffee lover but during this time of the month, I try my best to grab my favorite Jasmine Tea. It’s good too 🙂
It’s OK to say NO
It’s the middle of the year and all of us are getting busier that we sometimes forget the meaning of break. If it’s not a life and death situation, say NO! Cancel it and give importance to yourself. They will understand it for sure if you got a really bad period cramps. Stay at home and treat yourself and have a warm bath plus a glass of your favorite wine.
Relax and Indulge
Take your blanket, pillows, favorite snack and get into your favorite comfy PJ’s. Lit that nice smell of scented candles, I prefer Vanilla scent ahhh it’s very calming. Sleep or binge watch on Netflix, or browse the net for as long as you want. Don’t forget to grab your hot Tea.
